Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development Seeks 2 Engineers for Designer Selection Committee 

The Department of Housing and Community Development is looking for two engineers to fill two-year terms for the DHCD Designer Selection Committee (DSC) beginning in September 2021 through the end of June 30, 2022, with the possibility to serve another 2-year term beyond that.  All DSC members are eligible to serve two consecutive 2-year terms.

We have been asked to identify qualified candidates to serve on the committee.

NOTE: While serving on the Designer Selection Committee (DSC), this person and the firm where the person is employed are unable to do work for the DHCD.  

A candidate for service on the DSC must be currently licensed as a Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and reside in Massachusetts. 

About serving on Public Boards and Commissions in Massachusetts

Time commitment:

• Attendance at monthly meetings, typically on the third Wednesday of the month for a 1-2 hour meeting..
• The term is a two year appointment.
