The Engineering Center Annual Scholarship

   The Engineering Center Education Trust

The TECET Scholarship is offered for the benefit of eligible Massachusetts high school seniors and has a total value of $5,000. $2,500 will be awarded for each of the first two years of college when enrolled in a qualified engineering or land surveying program.

Applications for the 2025 scholarship will be released in February 2025.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the TECET Scholarship you must be a high school senior who resides in Massachusetts and plans to attend an ABET accredited engineering, land surveying, or a pre-engineering program* including those at community colleges. Although applicants must be residents of Massachusetts, the college/university you will attend can be in any U.S. state or its territories.

*TECET is sponsored by three organizations: American Council of Engineering Companies of Massachusetts (ACEC/MA), Boston Society of Civil Engineers (BSCES), and Massachusetts Association of Land Surveyors and Civil Engineers (MALSCE), and we offer this scholarship with the intention to promote the engineering disciplines supported by these organizations. Therefore, the TECET Scholarship is offered for students intending to study in the following engineering or land surveying concentrations: Civil, Construction, Management, Environmental, Water Resources (including wastewater), Natural Resources, Ocean and Coastal, Sustainability, Geotechnical, Geospatial, Geomatics, Structural, Transportation, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection.
