Mr. Emerick will lead the group on a tour of the newly constructed (2019) and operated District 3 Headquarters in Worcester, Massachusetts. The four story, 78,000 square foot building is uniquely built into a natural slope. The slope accommodates parking facilities both on top of and below the building structure, while also helping the building blend into its surroundings. The building was designed as a Net Zero Energy Building, including things such as solar arrays above parking areas and on the roof of the building.

Following the tour, guests will meet in the Atrium for a light lunch and networking.

This tour has a limited capacity of 25 people.
