ACEC/MA Risk Management Forum Davis-Bacon Update

From the Risk Manager Forum, we've got some sizzling news for you, and it's not about breakfast! The US Department of Labor has provided an update on the Davis-Bacon Act with potential considerations for firms with land surveying crews. The final rule is effective October, 23, 2023, pending any court case that would delay implementation. Donovan Hatem will be providing a comprehensive overview of the recent developments and the current status of the case Metcalf v. BSC v. MassDOT in person at Aldrich Engineering Center or on ZOOM.
