This February 14 PM Roundtable is about Scope Creep.
It occurs when the project requirements change or increase beyond what was expected. Since project conditions change as the job progresses, anticipating scope creep and managing it effectively are crucial for achieving a successful project outcome.
In this session:
- The presentation will discuss how to plan for, identify, and mitigate scope creep.
- The breakouts give you the chance to share your perspectives with your peers. We all will learn as we hear tactics, strategies, horror stories, plus descriptions of whether and how things were turned around.
- The facilitated group discussion will broaden perspectives and reinforce important points.
PM Roundtables are for practicing project managers., regardless of your experience level. As the discussions unfold, you will be both mentor and mentee to the other attendees.
