ACEC/MA HR Forum:
'Quiet Quitting’ has become a nationally recognized issue. HR organizations and the media are covering it in a variety of ways, including the New York Times, who recently published an Opinion article (A Nation of Quitters) that referred to ‘Quiet Quitting’ as an epidemic of shirking on the job.
This forum will give us a chance to discuss the reality of this phenomenon in our companies, and possibly help all of us improve employee retention, engagement, and loyalty.
This meeting is open to employees of ACEC/MA Member Firms.
If your firm is an ACEC/MA member, YOU are an ACEC/MA member.
