ACEC/MA HR Forum + Health & Safety Forum: Diabetes in the Workplace

Please join the ACEC/MA HR Forum at 9:00 ET on July 16 for an informative presentation on Diabetes in the Workplace. The session is open to all HR and Health & Safety members.

Guest speaker Dr. David Alper will discuss:

• What is diabetes and how issues from having diabetes can be prevented at the workplace.
• Having a guide for recognizing proper footwear for specific situations.
• Realizing that the prevention of foot pain and issues from diabetes is easy and attainable including at work.

Dr. David Alper is a Podiatrist specialized in Diabetes and PAD prevention. He is involved in Public Health initiatives and advocates with various health organizations.
