This session will provide an overview of bills currently in the legislature to promote more housing growth in Massachusetts and update both the Zoning Act (Chapter 40A) and the Subdivision Control Law (Chapter 41, Sections 81K-81GG).

Donate an item for the auction to benefit the MALSCE Education Trust. To donate an item, simply bring it to the registration desk at the convention by 12:00PM on Friday, March 2. Convention exhibitors are given the opportunity to meet and interact with the convention attendees on a face-to-face basis. As an exhibitor, you're entitled to an exhibit area and are part of the convention exhibit, which takes place on Friday, March 2nd between 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Attendees will frequent this area during breaks, giving vendors plenty of face-time to make connections and spread the word.
Convention Sponsor
Sponsorship opportunities are available for convention refreshment breaks, lunches, and dinner. Sponsors will have their company logos included on signage which is prominently displayed during convention meals and refreshment breaks.
Convention Booklet Advertiser
All convention attendees receive a convention booklet containing convention details, session handouts, as well as lists of exhibiting organizations and convention sponsors. Available convention booklet advertising options range from business card sized ads to full color, full page advertisements.

A block of overnight rooms for 2018 MALSCE Convention exhibitors and attendees has been reserved at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Leominster for the nights of Thursday and Friday, March 1st and 2nd. To reserve your overnight room call the hotel at 978/534-9000 and ask for reservations. When booking your room through the reservation department, ask to make a reservation under the group code MAL in order to receive the discounted MALSCE overnight room rate of $105.00 per night plus tax (single or double occupancy). Junior suites are also available in this room block for those who are interested.

All overnight room reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card for late arrival. If identified guests do not check-in, the credit card will be charged one night, room, and tax.
