ACEC/MA DEI Forum for May, 18, 2023

Most, if not all, have heard about the “wage gap” and how women and people of color are not compensated the same as white men.  But how does this relate to our firms?  Please join us at our next forum for a discussion on pay equity and what some firms are doing to address it.   We’ll also present the results of ACECMA’s diversity survey from last fall.
