ACEC/MA is excited to announce its Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Forum, established to advance the ideals of diversity, equity and inclusion throughout Massachusetts’ engineering community.
Join us on May 6 from 3:30-5:00 PM to hear about the results of ACEC/MA’s recent DE&I survey and what some of the initiatives our member firms are pursuing within their organizations. After a brief presentation of the results, we will have a combination of small and large group discussions to share our reactions to the results, as well as our ideas and experiences to improve DE&I within our firms and industry. We’ll wrap it up with thoughts on how this DEI Forum can better support your organizations going forward.
Anyone employed by an ACEC/MA Member Firm can join the DEI Forum.
ACEC/MA's Board of Directors voted in March 2021 voted to create a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Forum for our members to discuss and share information about how they are implementing aspects of DEI in their firms. This Forum is open to all ACEC/MA Members.
